You can now easily request your return online in your customer account. Log in, select the relevant order, and start the return conveniently with just a few clicks.

Here's how it works:
 
Returns with a customer account:
 
1. Log in to your customer account and click on Purchases and Returns
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Click on Return and choose your preferred return method (in store, via DHL)
 
If you need another return label, repeat the process on the homepage. To do this, follow the instructions again.
It is not necessary to include a return slip or other documents in the package.
 
Returns without a customer account:

Even without a customer account you can easily return your items. Simply follow the link to track your shipment or initiate your return.
